Processing & Handling Times
Please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare and package your order.
Larger or framed pieces may take a little longer, I’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Free Shipping (Australia-Wide)
I offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, Sendle, or a trusted art courier (for larger pieces). All parcels are sent with tracking, and I’ll email you the tracking link once your order is on the way.

International Shipping
I’m happy to ship internationally on request.
Please email hello@maryzammit.com with your location and what you’d like to purchase, and I’ll provide a personalised shipping quote.
Please note: Any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging
All artworks are carefully packaged by me using sturdy materials, with recycled and plastic free options wherever possible to help reduce waste.

Originals: Wrapped securely and boxed or crated depending on size

Prints: Sent flat or rolled in tubes depending on size.

Framed works: Padded with corner protectors and bubble wrap
Let me know if it’s a gift, I’m happy to include a handwritten note.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Once your order has been shipped, it’s in the hands of the courier, and I’m unable to take responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
However, if something does go wrong, please let me know within 7 days of delivery at hello@maryzammit.com, and I’ll do what I can to assist you in following up with the carrier.
